I would have to say that the strikers do have the right to go on strike. Yes, they may only be raising the retirement age by 2 years, but pretty soon it may be 4 or 6 more years! This will cause so many problems, loss of jobs (because the middle class won't want to give up their jobs), political issues, and financial issues. I'm proud of the high school students because they're actually standing up for what they believe in. I think the strikers don't really need to respond in this manner. The can have protests and rallies, but they don't need to destroy homes and/or buildings. That's just being destructive and not constructive. All in all, I think the government needs to have town hall meetings so they can hear the concerns the general public have.
Yes i agree with tyler strikers do have the right to protest against whats wrong and the government show understand that and try to make every thing better as they possibly can.I think raising the retirement plan 2 years is crazy those elderly people who need to rest need to have a break. Also i think they strikers do need to sit down somewhere cause leaving work to go strike isn't bringing any money to the house so how can they eat and all the kids that are skipping school for this are really retarded,I think its about time somebody needs to stop all of this oil fuel stuff we have a lot of smart people in the world and they need to come together and have a grate idea to stop this as best as they can before it really gets out of hand and the strikers take it beyond just striking.
to be honest i really didnt understand much but what i did see is that the high schoolers were standing up for what they believe in and thats a good thing.
